SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) has cancelled a tender to sell 25,000-30,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading from Visakhapatnam port on 15-17 April, traders said on Friday.

The tender was called off largely because of low bid levels, they added.

The tender was closed on 2 April, with the bids having stayed valid on the same day.
