Czech Republic chemical output down 0.1% year on year in February

LONDON (ICIS)--Chemical output in the Czech Republic edged down by 0.1% year on year in February, the Czech Statistical Office (CZSO) said on Monday.

Overall industrial production fell by 5.7%, with the manufacture of rubber and plastic products declining by 0.3%, it added.

Overall manufacturing deteriorated by 3.9%, the CZSO said.

The production of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers dropped by 1.9%, textile production was flat (0.0%) and furniture output moved down by 0.1%, it added.
