DUBAI (ICIS)--Saudi Arabia’s Mada Nonwovens plans to expand its polypropylene (PP) non-wovens facility in Al Jubail in early 2014, a company source said on Monday.
Following the expansion, Mada’s non-wovens capacity will increase by 12,000 tonnes/year to 20,000 tonnes/year, the source said,
The source was speaking on the sidelines of the Gulf Petrochemicals & Chemicals Association (GPCA) Plastics conference in Dubai.
Output from the facility will be mostly exported globally, the source added.
