India's IOC issues tender to buy 133,000 tonnes of base oils

Singapore (ICIS)--Indian Oil Corp (IOC) has issued a tender to buy 133,000 tonnes of combined base oils over a 2 year period, a tender document released on 16 April stated.

According to the document, IOC will require 12,000 tonnes of Group I SN70, 24,000 tonnes of Group II 70N, 5,000 tonnes of 4cst Group III, 9,000 tonnes of 6cst Group III and 2,000 tonnes of 8cst Group III in the period of 2013-2014.

IOC will require an additional 14,000 tonnes of Group I SN70, 40,000 tonnes of Group II 70N, 8,000 tonnes of 4cst Group III, 15,000 tonnes 6cst Group III and 4,000 tonnes of 8cst Group III in the period of 2014-2015.
