SINGAPORE (ICIS)--AkzoNobel will restart its 80,000 tonne/year ethanolamines plant at Ningbo in Zhejiang, China, at the end of April, industry sources said.
The ethanolamines plant was shut in early April for a scheduled turnaround, sources said.
This shutdown has little impact on the supply of ethanolamines as the producer has stocked up on its inventory prior to the shutdown, traders said.
