SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) is offering by tender 25,000-30,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading from Visakhapatnam port on 8-10 May, traders said on Tuesday.

The tender closes later on 23 April, they added.

HPCL last cancelled a tender to sell 25,000-30,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading from Visakhapatnam port on 15-17 April, largely because of low bid levels.
