SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s CPC Corp has issued a tender to sell a 5,000-tonnes paraxylene (PX) cargo for delivery in mid-to-second-half of June, a source close to the matter said on Friday.
The tender is to be sold at a discount or premium to a free-on-board (FOB) Kaohsiung price, which is derived from 50% Asian Contract Price and 50% spot average CFR Taiwan values, the source added.
The tender will close on 1 May and will be awarded to the highest bidder on the same day, according to the source.
