China’s Henan Shenma Chlorine Alkali restarts PVC plant

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Henan Shenma Chlorine Alkali restarted its 450,000 tonne/year polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant on 27 April, a company source said over the weekend.

The plant was shut down on 20 April for maintenance.

The plants’ running rate is gradually being raised after the restart, the source added.
