LONDON (ICIS)--Netherlands-based OCI Melamine is in the process of restarting its melamine plant, following planned maintenance at Geleen, a source from the company confirmed late on Tuesday.

“We expect to be producing melamine shortly,” the source said.

The maintenance on its melamine-related installations went well, the source added, but there has been some delay in bringing the full network of OCI installations back on line.

OCI Melamine has the capacity to produce 150,000 tonnes of melamine per year from its Geleen facility in the Netherlands.
