SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Shell CEO Peter Voser will retire in the first half of 2014, ending a four-year stint at the helm of the Anglo-Dutch energy giant.
Prior to his appointment as CEO in July 2009, Voser held the position of executive director in the company since 2004.
“The nomination and succession committee of the board will now lead a structured and comprehensive review of internal and external candidates to enable an orderly transition to a new CEO,” Shell chairman Jorma Ollila said.
