The cargo is scheduled for loading from the New Mangalore port on 13-15 June, it stated.
The tender closes on 8 May, with bids to stay valid until 9 May, the document showed.
In its previous tender, MRPL sold a similar-sized cargo to state-run PetroChina for loading from the New Mangalore port on 26-28 May.
The deal for the cargo was done at a premium of $38.50/tonne (€29.26/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board).
