HOUSTON (ICIS)--US Sunoco Logistics Partners has received enough commitments to enable its planned Mariner South Pipeline, the company said on Monday.

The pipeline is being built, and is expected to be operational in early 2015. The company said it will keep the binding open season period open.

The pipeline has a capacity to transport up to 200,000 bbl/day of export-grade propane and butane from Lone Star NGL’s storage and fractionation complex at Mont Belvieu, Texas, to Sunoco Logistics’ terminal in Nederland, Texas.

The pipeline will be able transport additonal capacity as needed, the company said.
