NOON SNAPSHOT – Europe Markets Summary

LONDON (ICIS)--Here is Wednesday’s midday European oil and chemical market summary from ICIS.

CRUDE: June WTI: $95.29/bbl down 33 cents/bbl. June BRENT: $103.55/bbl, down 85 cents/bbl
Crude oil futures eased as investors await the US crude oil stock report due later in the day, with expectations of a build in oil stocks.

NAPHTHA: $830-832/tonne, down $6/tonne
The cargo range was assessed down on the basis of lower crude oil prices.
May swaps were assessed at $829-831/tonne.

BENZENE: $1,350-1,370/tonne, up $10-20/tonne
May opened higher amid steady Asian numbers, trading twice at $1,360/tonne. June was valued at $1,340-1,370/tonne.

STYRENE: $1,590-1,610/tonne, steady
Offers for May and June were at $1,610/tonne but there were so far no corresponding bids.
