SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s BASF-YPC is running its 75,000 tonne/year ethanolamines plant in Nanjing, Jiangsu province at reduced capacity, market sources said on Thursday.

The plant was running at around 80% capacity in the previous week, but reduced running rates this week because of some mechanical issues, they added.

Traders said that the running rate is at around 50% capacity during the week.

The company declined to comment.
