HOUSTON (ICIS)--The restart process at Phillips 66’s Sweeny refinery in Texas will take several days after a power outage temporarily shut down the refinery over the weekend, a company spokesperson said on Monday.
The 247,000 bbl/day refinery experienced a third-party power outage on 11 May.
“Power has been restored and the refinery is in the process of restarting, which is expected to take several days to complete,” company spokesperson Rich Johnson said.
