SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China ’s Yibin Tianyuan Group has shut its 380,000 tonne/year polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant in Sichuan province for maintenance on 13 May, a company source confirmed Tuesday.
The company has shut all the lines of the plant and the maintenance period will be one week, the source added.
The producer will not provide offers during the shutdown period. Moreover, the company has cut down its demand for raw materials from other provinces, according to the source.
