Russia chemical exports fall in Jan-Mar 2013 - Rosstat

MOSCOW (ICIS)--Russia's overall exports of chemicals were marginally down in January-March 2013, the country's statistical agency said on Monday.

Russia's total exports of chemical products fell 2.2% year on year to $7.16bn (€5.58bn), the Russian statistical agency Rosstat said.

In the January-March period, Russia's exports of nitrogen fertilizers amounted to $847m, up 0.4% up year on year.

However, the country's potash exports dropped to $591m in the first quarter, down 43.8% year on year, the agency said.
