HOUSTON (ICIS)--The restart process at Phillips 66’s Sweeny refinery in Texas has been completed after a power outage shut down the refinery on 11 May, a company spokesperson confirmed on Monday.
The 247,000 bbl/day refinery experienced a third-party power outage on 11 May.
Power was restored shortly after, and the refinery has resumed normal operations, company spokesperson Rich Johnson said.
