SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Saudi Arabia’s ALDREES Petroleum and Transport Services Co and Swiss logistics firm Bertschi signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Monday to establish a new joint venture.
The MOU will last for four months starting from 27 May, according to a statement that ALDREES filed to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The new joint venture will provide chemical logistics and tank cleaning services as well as transport and warehouse management services.
ALDREES offers petroleum retail services and commodity transport services in the Middle East, while Bertschi specialises in chemical logistics as well as liquid and dry bulk projects.
