SINGAPORE(ICIS)--China’s Yantai Wanhua Polyurethanes plans to shut one of its methylene di-p-phenylene isocyanate (MDI) line in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, on 13 June for annual maintenance and debottlenecking, the producer said on Tuesday.
The 300,000 tonne/year MDI line will be shut for 45 days, the producer said in a filing to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The MDI line in Ningbo is the first phase of the producer’s MDI project, while its second phase comprises two lines with a 300,000 tonne/year capacity each, ICIS data showed.
