SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China will start antidumping investigations on imports of tetrachloroethylene (TCE) from the US and EU from 31 May 2013, the Ministry of Commerce announced on Friday.
The investigation will be completed by 31 May 2014, but could be extended to 30 November of that year under special conditions, according to the Ministry.
Also known as perchloroethylene (PCE), TCE is a solvent for organic materials widely used for dry-cleaning fabrics and metal degreasing operations.
