HOUSTON (ICIS)--KMG Chemicals completed the $63.3m (€48.7m) purchase of the OM Group's Ultra Pure Chemicals business, the US-based specialty-chemicals producer said on Monday.
The deal included Ultra Pure's subisidiaries in the US, England and Singapore as well its business in France, the company said.
KMG makes electronic chemicals for semiconductor manufacturers and wood-treating chemicals for the electric power, communications and railroad industries.
