Czech Unipetrol’s model polyolefin margin rises to €238/tonne in May

LONDON (ICIS)--Unipetrol’s model polyolefin margin edged up to €238/tonne ($313/tonne) in May from €234/tonne in April, the Czech petrochemical producer said on Thursday.

The company’s model olefin margin fell to €371/tonne in May from €427/tonne in April, it added.

In May 2012, the model polyolefin and olefin margins stood at €235/tonne and €419/tonne, respectively.

Unipetrol is a subsidiary of Poland’s PKN Orlen oil and petrochemicals group.
