SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan's state-owned CPC Corp sold by tender on Thursday a total of 9,000 tonnes of toluene for July delivery, traders said.

The company initially issued the tender to sell 6,000 tonnes but increased an additional cargo of 3,000 tonnes, on the back of good run rates at its plant.

The three cargoes, which will be loaded at different periods of July, were sold to two Chinese traders and one non-Chinese trader, they said.

The parcels were sold at $1,100-1,110/tonne (€836-844/tonne) FOB (free on board) Kaoshiung, they added.

The tender was opened on 3 June.
