Proviron concludes Belgian PA shutdown on schedule

LONDON (ICIS)--The turnaround at Proviron’s phthalic anhydride (PA) unit in Ostend, Belgium ended on schedule on 27 May, a company source said on Thursday.

The turnaround took place over the weekend of 25-26 May for a routine inspection, and affected all four reactors at the site.

PA nameplate capacity at the site is around 100,000 tonnes/year, according to the company source.
