SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China plans to start final review on antidumping policy on acetone cargoes imported from Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan on 8 June 2013, an official statement from the country’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) said on Friday.
The one-year final review will end on 8 June 2014. During this period, the existing antidumping duty (ADD) will be levied as usual, a source close to the MOC said.
The final review is to determine whether the imposition of ADD would need to be extended, according to the statement.
The ADD imposed is between 5.0% and 51.6% and will last for five years, starting 9 June 2008.
