LONDON (ICIS)--Semi-refined paraffin wax prices have fallen €5/tonne ($7/tonne) on the Poland/Belarus border this week amid ample supply, market sources said on Wednesday.
A steady rise in semi-refined wax demand is being overshadowed by abundant supplies on the Poland/Belarus border, as railcars wait to unload material.
Certain buyers are targeting lower values and prices are under pressure.
Prices eased by €5/tonne at the high end this week to €800-825/tonne CPT (carriage paid to) Poland/Belarus border, as assessed by ICIS.
