LONDON (ICIS)--AkzoNobel’s caustic soda pearl plant at Frankfurt, Germany, is back online following scheduled maintenance work that was carried out last week, said a company source on Wednesday.
“Demand is good and we are short and trying to recover stocks after the maintenance,” added the company source.
The nameplate caustic soda capacity at the Frankfurt site is 190,000 tonnes/year, according to ICIS Plants and Projects data.
