SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s CPC Corp plans to start up its new 100,000 tonne/year butadiene (BD) extraction unit by the end of June, a company source said.
“We have not confirmed the exact date but it will be end of June,” the source added.The company had mothballed its 230,000 tonne/year No 3 naphtha cracker at the same site in June 2012 to make way for the new cracker.
