India’s MRPL issues purchase tender for August-loading sweet crude

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has issued a purchase tender for low sulphur crude oil for loading on 1-15 August, according to a company statement issued on Wednesday.

The MRPL tender, which is for the import of low sulphur crude on either an FOB (free on board) or CFR (cost and freight) basis, will close on 25 June with validity until 27 June.

In its previous sweet crude oil tender, MRPL bought a 600,000 bbl cargo of 16-31 July loading Okoro crude from a European major at around Dtd (dated BFOE) plus $6-7/bbl FOB Nigeria.
