SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Three major paraxylene (PX) producers in Asia have nominated their July Asian Contract Price (ACP) at $1,500-1,550/tonne, $30-40/tonne above the June ACP nomination, industry sources said on Friday.
On 20 June, Japan’s Idemitsu Kosan nominated its July ACP at $1,550/tonne CFR Asia, according to its buyers.
Both JX Nippon Oil and Energy and ExxonMobil nominated theirs at $1,500/tonne CFR Asia, market sources added.
At the time of writing, South Korea’s S-Oil has not nominated for its July PX ACP.
The June PX ACP was settled at $1,400/tonne CFR Asia.
