SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s Oriental Union Chemical Corp (OUCC) has restarted its 40,000 tonne/year ethanolamines plant at Nanjing in China’s Jiangsu province on 24 June, a few days after the planned restart date of 20 June, a source close to the company said on Tuesday.
There is no special reason for the delay, the source said without elaborating further.
The plant is heard to be operating at 60-70% capacity but this could not be immediately confirmed.
