SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Anglo-Dutch energy major Shell said on Tuesday its current downstream director Ben van Beurden will replace Peter Voser as the company’s CEO effective from 1 January next year.
Voser will leave Shell at the end of March 2014, the company said in a statement.
Van Beurden has been the company’s downstream director and a member of Shell’s executive committee since January this year. He joined Shell in 1983.
