LONDON (ICIS)--July European epichlorohydrin (ECH) contract prices have declined on weakening demand and lengthening supply, sources said on Tuesday.

Although feedstock propylene prices rolled over in July, ECH producers were not able to roll ECH prices over, and had to cut them slightly because supply has become long.

The July ECH contract price is at €1,710-1,720/tonne ($2,192-2,205/tonne) free delivered (FD) northwest Europe (NWE).

($1 = €0.78)
