SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Guangzhou Petrochemical may delay the start-up of its new 200,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) unit in Guangdong province to September from July, a source from Sinopec’s southern branch said on Wednesday.
The source did not provide further details on why the plant may be delayed.
The company has a 190,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) unit located at the same site.
