HOUSTON (ICIS)--CHS, the largest farmer-owned cooperative in the US, announced on Wednesday that Timothy Skidmore has been appointed as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective on 19 August.

Minnesota-based CHS said Skidmore, 52, who was previously with Campbell Soup as vice president of financial planning and analysis, is succeeding David Kastelic, who announced his retirement in January.

Prior to joining Campbell in 2000, Skidmore was with DuPont for 15 years, where he held various roles including heading operations in Asia. Skidmore began his career at ConocoPhillips.
