China's Shandong Yuhuang Chemical starts up PP plant in end-July

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Shandong Yuhuang Chemical plans to start up its 100,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) plant in Shandong province in end-July, a company source said on Monday.

The plant will produce PP random (PPR) pipe grade called PPR4220, the source said.

PPR220 is a specialty resin used in indoor water pipes.
