LONDON (ICIS)--A broad-based June production slump in Ukraine included a 22% year-on-year decline in chemical output, a bank said on Friday.
Overall industrial production was down 5.7%, while manufacturing output fell 8.4%, Ukraine's Raiffeisen Bank Aval added.
The bad figures were mostly down to weak external demand, the bank said.
Looking at the first half of this year, it noted that construction suffered a “disastrous performance”, sinking 19.2% year on year.
