At least six accidents occurred at Dalian Petrochemical over that period, CNPC said in a statement.

CNPC dismissed Dalian Petrochemical general manager Leng Shengjun and and deputy general manager Jiao Yurui on 21 July, and announced the appointment of Duan Liangwei and Jing Yuzhong as their respective replacements.
