MELBOURNE (ICIS)--China’s Shandong Yankuang Chemical has restarted its 200,000 tonne/year ethyl acetate (etac) plant at Tengzhou in Shandong province after modification work was completed, a company source said on Thursday.
The plant is running at close to full capacity after being restarted on 23 July, the source said.
The etac plant was shut on 2 July to facilitate the start-up of Shandong Yankuang’s new 120,000 tonne/year oxo-alcohols facility.
