China’s Ningbo Heyuan restarts 400,000 t/yr PP plant after outage

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Ningbo Heyuan restarted its 400,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) plant in Zhejiang province on 30 July, about a week after the plant’s unexpected shutdown, a company source said on Wednesday.

The plant had an equipment failure on 23 July, the source said.
