Power restored at Valero’s Port Arthur, Texas, refinery

HOUSTON (ICIS)--US refiner Valero said power has been restored at its Port Arthur refinery in Texas after a disruption in the storage tank area on Tuesday morning.

There was no material impact to production expected at the 290,000 bbl/day refinery, according to company spokesperson Bill Day.

He added that all units are operational, but did not specify which units were affected.
