SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Dutch producer Akzo Nobel’s 80,000 tonne/year amines complex in China, located at Ningbo in Zhejiang province, is undergoing a month-long regular turnaround, industry sources said on Wednesday.

The facility was taken off line on 9 August, they added.

The plant maintenance has compounded the supply tightening of ethanolamines in China, sources said.
