HOUSTON (ICIS)--CHS has named Brian Legried as vice-president of refined fuels sales and energy services, the US farmer-owned cooperative announced on Wednesday.
Legried, who was previously president of CHS Capital, brings a solid background within the agricultural finance industry, as well as significant leadership and customer relationship experiences to his new position, according to the Minnesota-based company.
Prior to joining the CHS in 2005, Legried held several upper management positions with Farm Credit System, including serving as senior vice president of sales and marketing.
“He knows many of our current refined fuels cooperative customers as a result of working relationships developed during his tenure as president of CHS Capital. Brian also brings a strong commitment to collaboration, both in the field working with customer accounts and within the CHS enterprise,” said Darin Hunhoff, senior vice president of refined fuels.
