South Korea’s LG Chem buys 25,000 tonnes naphtha for H2 September

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--South Korea’s LG Chem has bought 25,000 tonnes of naphtha for delivery in the second half of September, traders said on Monday.

The deal for the cargo was done at a premium of $3.75/tonne (€2.81/tonne) to Japan quotes CFR (cost & freight) pricing, they said.

Previously, LG Chem bought 50,000 tonnes of naphtha for delivery to Daesan in the first half of September, at Japan quotes CFR pricing plus $4.00/tonne.
