LONDON (ICIS)--Caustic soda solid imports have increased by around 49% and exports have dropped by around 8% year on year to June 2013, according to Eurostat data late on Monday.
In June 2012, imports stood at 1,687 tonnes and climbed to 2,509 tonnes a year later.
Over the same period, exports went from 8,492 tonnes down to 7,855 tonnes.
Eurostat import/export data is subject to revision as more detailed information becomes available.
