AkzoNobel to restart Ningbo amines plant in end-September '13

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Dutch producer AkzoNobel is expected to restart its 80,000 tonne/year amines complex at Ningbo in Zhejiang province at the end of September, market sources said on Wednesday.

The facility is currently undergoing a turnaround, they added.

The amines complex was taken off line on 9 August, sources said.
