HOUSTON (ICIS)--Eastman Chemical has appointed Ronald Lindsay as chief operating officer, Brad Lich as executive vice president and Mark Cox as senior vice president, effective 1 January, the US-based specialty chemicals producer announced on Monday.
In the newly created position of chief operating officer, Lindsay will have executive responsibility over daily operations and drive efficiencies through supply chain and operations.
Lindsay will be responsible for Eastman’s adhesives and plasticizers, fibres, specialty fluids and intermediates segments, as well as engineering and construction and manufacturing support.
Lich will be responsible for Eastman’s additives and functional products and advanced materials segments, as well as the corporate innovation, marketing, sales and pricing organisations.
Cox will serve as senior vice president for manufacturing operations and manufacturing support, as well as engineering and construction.
