SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China's Lanzhou Petrochemical is in the process of restarting its 300,000 tonne/year linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE)/high density polyethylene (HDPE) swing plant in Gansu province, a company source said on Thursday
The facility was shut on 4 September because of a technical issue, the source said.
Lanzhou Petrochemical is one of the major LLDPE producers in China PE market.
China’s domestic spot LLDPE prices were assessed at CNY11,650-11,900/tonne ($1,904-1,944/tonne) on 11 September, according to Chemease, an ICIS service in China.
