S Korea’s Lotte buys 50,000 tonnes naphtha for second-half Oct

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--South Korea’s Lotte Chemical has bought 50,000 tonnes of naphtha for delivery to Yeosu in the second half of October, traders said on Thursday.

The deal for the cargoes was done at a premium of $1/tonne (€0.75/tonne) to Japan quotes CFR (cost & freight), they added.

Lotte previously bought naphtha supply for delivery in the second half of October  at parity over Japan quotes CFR.
